Summer Solstice

June 20th

Litha, the summer solstice. Also known as Midsummer - the time of year that Shakespeare wrote about in A Midsummer Night's Dream.

A celebration of the longest day and shortest night of the year. This is a perfect opportunity to spend time outdoors and celebrate nature.

A common activity is having a barbecue to welcome summer with fire and in-season foods.

Be mindful and considerate to the Fae Folk, and leave and offering if called to.

This is the perfect time to weave and abundance spell on your garden beneath midsummer's night sky.
