Elemental Goddess Workshop
This immersive workshop weaves together belly yoga, meditation, and belly dance movement to guide you through an embodied exploration of the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each element is connected to specific areas of the body, influencing how we move, feel, and express ourselves. Through gentle yoga, mindful movement, and elemental belly dance sequences, you’ll be invited to tune inward, release stored tension, and deepen your awareness of the body as a vessel of wisdom. Meditation and breathwork support the experience, helping you cultivate presence, balance, and a sense of grounded connection. No prior dance or yoga experience is required. This workshop is about listening to your body, honoring your rhythm, and discovering yourself through movement, connection, and elemental flow.
