Parade is usually the first or second Saturday in December
Starts at Titusville High School and ends at Broad Street. The route is 1.5 miles.
Costumes are black pants with red or green hip scarves and Santa hats. Tops will be discussed in class. You will need a hooked cane wrapped with red and white or green and white tape. https://a.co/d/4m93Ofn
