Service Description

Our Baby Bellies (5-12yrs old) classes emphasize listening skills, respect and curiosity, self-love, and self-expression through dancing. Looking at many forms of dance from throughout the world. They will learn moves inspired by traditional belly dance, Bollywood, fusion-style middle eastern dancing, and MORE! They will incorporate what they have learned into a theatrical-based dance. Kids may enjoy the learning and growing of their dance experience, and have performance opportunities as our showcases. Basic listening and teaching of life skills will also be incorporated into classes. A class to wiggle and have some fun! Come join us! Plan Options: Baby Belly Travel Troupe Route (+$80, Family Plan, Personal Financial Plan): *If they are interested, children can also join our performance based non-competitive troupe and perform at shows and venues where Belly Dance & Beyond is requested. They will be using the choreographies they learn in class and apply their memorization skills to performance. Baby Belly Training Route (Cost of Class series, Family Plans, Person Financial Plan): *Children will attend class to learn dance skills and gain knowledge about different types of middle eastern dance while having fun learning choreographies as a whole. ONLY includes class. Focus: body positivity, listening skills, working as a team, body mechanics, flexibility, breathing, growth mindset, character development, movement, and choreography.
