Service Description

Are you looking to dive into self-discovery? Or perhaps you want to identify your life purpose? Do you want to practice mindfulness? Creativity leads to finding a voice. Bring forth the creativity! This is available in person and on zoom. All you need is a pen and a journal and your desire to write. Let's get in touch with ourselves and find our voice! We want to engage your entire body here at BBS, and by writing, you get your mind working, too! I request that you commit to coming at least once a month and make yourself a priority. You matter, your words matter, your opinions matter, and what you have to say and feel matter! Available in person in the studio or on zoom, offered twice a month: First Wednesday of the month from 8-9p (one hour) Third Sundays from 4-5:30p (an hour and a half) Bring a pen and journal and I'll provide the thought provoking prompts! (We'll share wine, too!) If you're interested in becoming more observant, more organized, more goal-oriented, more self-aware, and a better communicator, writing will help you achieve these goals. The different types of writing: free writing, gratitude journaling, list-making, poetry, story-telling, working from prompts, and more! We'll work from literary prompts and poetry, to spiritual prompts and oracle decks. The only requirement would be a commitment from you to show up and write something. Reading your work is encouraged but not required - you should feel comfortable with your words and there is no judgement. Your words have power even if you don't see it yourself. Your words may just inspire someone else! Join our journaling group to get even more prompts! And when you sign up with the journaling plan, you get exclusive access to blog posts! Why would you want to work with me? I've been in a journaling workshop with author Paulette Rees-Denis since October 2021 and hope to publish. I am currently the blog writer here at BBS and have written and won the National Novel Writing Month challenge four times ( I am training to become a life coach focusing on self-discovery, life purpose, and mindfulness. I journal regularly and it helps to focus the mind and break through barriers.
