Service Description

Short easy session to learn the 7 basic belly dance moves. We'll do some standing and some sitting so bring your yoga mat. This class with allow you to become comfortable with the bellydance style. All levels are welcome. Start from the beginning and learn what the basic moves are, or refresh your technique and really work out those muscles!
