Service Description

Technique, Isolations, lifts and drops, slides, shimmies, twists, circles, figure 8s, and undulations. We will be working on the floor (or on a chair if you need the modification). We will work on a new choreography every 6 weeks to get you moving. And if you are interested in performing, we offer a beginners troupe. In this easy, low impact class you'll get moving in the belly dance style. Slow, easy to follow moves, break downs of how to move and what the move should look like. Recommended for all ages and all levels.
