Bellydance Movements: Learn how to access and control those muscles that we use in belly dance, while listening to soothing music. It's a no impact class, designed to get your muscles stretched and used!
Tribal Grooves: Get up a boogie! Be introduced to several tribal moves from the Global Caravan style. Tribal is all about the lead and follow, so you'll get to practice simple moves around the floor and then build them into a short combination.
