For your journal: Think about all the hard work you have accomplished in the past year and write about what was most challenging or satisfying to complete. Also, think about what you are most looking forward to working on in the next year, and write down what you are hoping to accomplish. If you have any feelings that are confusing you, try writing out what they are and what might be bothering you.
